Delete your account inside the app

Open RememberMed and sign in.
Open More.
Select My Profile or Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Read the confirmation message and confirm deletion.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access RememberMed, email us from the email address registered to your account. Use the subject RememberMed account deletion request.

Request account deletion

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing an email request. Never send us your password.

Data that will be deleted

Your RememberMed account and profile
Your email address and account identifier
Your medication names, dosages, instructions and notes
Your medication schedules and reminder information
Your scheduled, taken and skipped dose history
Other cloud data associated with your account

Locally stored information

Optional profile, prescription and membership-card images are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to RememberMed’s cloud database. You can remove this local information by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling RememberMed.

Retention period

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Certain information may be retained for longer only where required by applicable law, for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or enforcement of legal obligations. Any retained information remains protected and is not used for other purposes.
